After the cancellation of the England cricket team's tour of Pakistan after New Zealand, there is a lot of disappointment among the cricket players, officials, and cricket lovers there.

The newly appointed chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Rameez Raja has criticized the decision of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and said that an excuse is being made about security in Pakistan.

By issuing a video statement, Rameez Raja has said that a group of western countries gathers together and takes such decisions. He objected that the attitude of these countries towards Pakistan has not changed.

Rameez Raja said, "Desperately disappointed with England's cancellation of Pakistan's tour, but it was also probable. Because of what these Western Blocks are, they tend to pile up, unfortunately. And then they try to back each other." You can take any decision citing security threat and that's what the anger is about."

He alleged that New Zealand did not explain the security threat when canceling its tour. Rameez Raja said that the environment in which Pakistan's security agencies work gives an idea of how prepared they are, but even intelligence information is not shared with them.

Recently, New Zealand had canceled their tour after reaching Pakistan, citing security threats, a few hours before the start of the match. There was a lot of discontent and displeasure in Pakistan on that decision too.

On Monday, the ECB issued a statement announcing the cancellation of the men's and women's cricket team's tour of Pakistan. In its statement, the ECB had said that the mental and physical well-being of the players and support staff is their top priority.

The ECB further said in its statement – especially at a time when we know that there are more concerns about traveling in this area. We believe that it is not right to put too much pressure on the players who are already facing many restrictions regarding Covid.

The ECB says that it is even more complicated for the England men's T20 team because in these circumstances there will not be an ideal environment to prepare for the T20 World Cup. Performance in the T20 World Cup is our top priority.

Angry with England's decision, Rameez Raja said, "These people look for excuses. To get out of here. Security, sometimes fear of players, sometimes they are mentally exhausted. That would have been our cricket economy very big, So they never deny it. If our cricket team was the best in the world, then they never deny it. So the lesson is that we have to make our cricket economy very good. We have to do very big.

Criticism

Rameez Raja further said - If the cricket fraternity will not take care of this thing, then it is of no use. The Cricket fraternity helps each other in trouble. But if England doesn't work, New Zealand doesn't work, it can have far-reaching implications. There is a series from West Indies going forward, it may be in danger. Then there is Australia. But this whole block is the same. of Australia, New Zealand, and England. To whom should you hate, because these people are your own. But they have not kept us as their own.

hope

He said, "We hope that we will get compensation for this and I will take compensation. Wherever they want to take head-on, we will take head-on there, we will not make any concessions. Cricket fans of Pakistan can take out their anger, but by supporting the Pakistan team." "

Rameez Raja said that earlier the target of the Pakistan cricket team in the T20 World Cup was the neighboring countries, but now two more names have been added to it, New Zealand and England.
