President Xi Jinping's third term was approved at the ruling Communist Party's convention that concluded this week. Since then, China has shown no sign of retreating from its tough policy towards Kovid-19.

In the video clip, residents of Tibet and people of Han Chinese origin can be seen protesting against the lockdown on the streets of Lhasa for 74 days. The video was reportedly shot on Wednesday. The bloody anti-government protests in Lhasa in 2008 have been under strict surveillance. Meanwhile, 1,337 new cases of Kovid were reported in China on Friday.
