America and European countries are constantly pressurizing India to reduce oil purchases from Russia. Regarding China, the Foreign Minister said that India's relations with it cannot be called normal right now. He said that diplomatically it has been made clear to China that it cannot arbitrarily change the LAC, it cannot be accepted. Till such time they do or use the power which gives rise to serious concern for the boundary of our association then our relationship cannot be called normal.
