New Delhi: Corona cases are increasing continuously. The pace of daily pandemic spread across India including Delhi is increasing. In such a situation, the government needs not only doctors in hospitals but also those who handle the administration of hospitals.

New initiative of Ministry of Personnel

After the relaxation of the lock-down, life is slowly coming back on track but the number of infected people has started increasing in the same way. In such a situation, the Modi government is working on a new plan. According to sources, the Ministry of Personnel is preparing a list of such IAS and IPS and other bureaucrats who have done their doctoral studies and have at least an MBBS degree. This exercise aims to field such officers directly to fight the corona. According to sources, there is a plan to deploy such officers in hospitals in which only Corona is being treated. A senior Health Ministry official has confirmed this plan from ABP News.

First plan to use management

The Ministry of Personnel is preparing a database of such officers because of the ever increasing cases of Corona, there is a need for people who are administrators and managers as well as doctors. However, it is not clear that these officers will be directly asked to provide the services of doctors. It is likely that initially these officers are planned to be employed in management and coordination in the hospitals treating Corona, but they can also be asked to appear in their doctor's role if needed later.

Corona puts pressure on health sector

For the past few days, daily cases of corona in the country are increasing by about 10000. In such a situation, the pressure has increased on health-related hospitals and other infrastructure, while in many places the system is also seen to be creaking. In such a situation, the government needs beds as well as trained people in hospitals who can contribute in fighting this epidemic.

New Delhi: Everyday corona virus cases in the country are setting new records. There have been 357 deaths due to the virus in the last 24 hours. This is the first time the death toll has crossed 350 in a day. At the same time a record 9996 new cases have also been registered.

According to the latest data of the Health Ministry on Thursday morning, 2 lakh 86 thousand 579 people have been infected with Corona so far. Of this, 8102 have died, while one lakh 41 thousand people have also been cured.

The sixth most affected country in the world

After America, Brazil, Russia, Spain, Britain, India remains at the sixth place among the countries most affected by the corona epidemic. At the same time, the pace of increasing cases in India remains at number three in the world. After America and Brazil, the highest number of cases are being registered in India in one day.

Top 5 states in case of active case

According to statistics, there are currently 1 lakh 37 thousand corona cases in the country. The most active cases are in Maharashtra. In Maharashtra, more than 46 thousand infected people are being treated in hospitals. After this, Delhi is at number two, Tamil Nadu at number three, Gujarat at number four and West Bengal at number five. These five states have the most active cases.

India is fourth in the world in active case. That is, India is the fourth country where most of the infected are being treated in hospitals.
