David Mikhail of South Africa, popularly known as 'Killer-Miller' in the world of cricket, took on the Chennai bowlers and played a match-winning inning of 94 runs in 51 balls with the help of 8 fours and 6 high-rise sixes. During the match, Dwayne Bravo had created an opportunity to dismiss Miller, but Shivam Dube dropped his catch. Angered by this, CSK captain Ravindra Jadeja expressed anger at the style of Indian team coach Rahul Dravid on the field itself.
This incident happened during the 17th over of the innings. Bravo had spent only 4 runs in this over. On the third ball of the over, David Miller hit a pull shot and the ball went up in the air. Shivam Dubey, stationed in the direction of mid-wicket, ran towards the ball, but during this time his eyes got light due to which he could not see the ball. The ball fell two steps ahead of Dubey and Bravo looked very angry with this and immediately asked Jadeja to change the fielding. Angered by this, Jadeja tried to slam his cap on the field, but in the end, he restrained himself. When Miller missed the catch, he was batting on 78. Had Chennai got their wicket here, then the match might have been in CSK's bag.
