'Hindus converted to Islam on a large scale in Bengal', claims NCBC chairman – Many Bangladeshis included in OBC list

Hansraj Ahir said that the National Commission for Backward Classes had made an official visit to West Bengal on February 25 this year. The Commission, during its investigation, found that the report of the Cultural Research Institute, a government institute of West Bengal, states that Hindus in West Bengal have converted to Islam on a large scale.

Ahir said that when an answer was sought from the Bengal government on this, it was said that most of these people were Hindus earlier.
