'Direct Chief Minister' program started to listen to public complaints, CM Mamta will listen to people's complaints

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee started a new program called 'Side Chief Minister' on Thursday just before the Panchayat elections on the lines of Didi Ke Bolo to listen to the grievances of the people. Inaugurating it from the state secretariat Navan, Mamta also released a mobile number- 9137091370, on which people would be able to complain directly to her.

 

During this, CM Mamta told the journalists that from Monday to Saturday, this number will be open from 10 am to 6 pm every day, on people can call me directly about any of their problems.

 

 

The new program is completely run by the state: CM Mamata

He assured that efforts will be made to resolve the complaints received through this as soon as possible. CM Mamata said that earlier to redress the grievances of the people, she had started a similar program Didi Ke Bolo, which was run by her party. But the new program is completely run by the state government.

CM Mamta expressed hope that people will get a lot of benefits from this program. During this, Mamta also instructed the secretaries of all the departments to take the complaints of the people seriously and take full responsibility and settle them on time.

During this, CM Mamta claimed that the state government was successful in providing benefits of government services to more than 6.76 crore people through Dware Sarkar and Paday Samadhan Shivers. He said that 10 crore people have been served through Bangla Sahayata Kendras (BSKs).
