This FIR was registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crime (PECA). This FIR was registered by the investigating agency FIA only on the complaint of Anisur Rehman, Technical Assistant, Cyber Crime Reporting Center. He had made this complaint against three others including Swati.

In this, he said that these three used abusive words against Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, who is to retire in a few days.
