India vs Australia 4th Test: Australia scored 369 runs in their first innings in the fourth Test match being played at the Gabba ground in Brisbane. In response, India have scored 62 runs at the loss of two wickets till the end of the second day's play. However, the third session could not be played on the second day due to rain.

Earlier, India's opener Rohit Sharma scored 44 runs in 74 balls with the help of six fours. He was dismissed by Nathan Lyon in his trap. However, Rohit was dismissed after playing a very bad shot. Former Indian captain Sunil Gavaskar is also very angry with his manner of dismissal.

Veteran opener Sunil Gavaskar, who is commenting on Channel 7, said, "Why? Why? Why? I don't understand why you played such an irresponsible shot when you see Fielder being held back."

He went on to say, "This is an amazingly irresponsible shot. You hit the balls before that and then you are out for such a shot. You are a senior player and you cannot get an apology for playing such a shot." "You gave your wicket as a gift. It's a Test match. You started well and you should have turned this innings into a big innings."

Lyon becomes Rohit's bowling bowler most times

Lyon, playing his 100th Test, showed Rohit the path of the pavilion in Test cricket for the sixth time. With this, he has become the bowler to dismiss Rohit the most times in Test cricket. Apart from him, South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada has dismissed Rohit five times in Test cricket.
