India-Maldives Row: 'No need to go out...go to Lakshadweep', many celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Tendulkar appealed

Amid the ongoing controversy over the derogatory comments made by Maldivian ministers on Prime Minister Narendra Modi after his visit to Lakshadweep, prominent personalities including cine star Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, cricketer Sachin Tendulkar on Sunday appealed to the people not to go out on tourism. Instead of going, go to Indian islands and coastal areas like Lakshadweep, etc.

 

In a post released on the internet media, cricketer Hardik Pandya, former cricketer Venkatesh Prasad, and others also condemned the hateful comments made on Modi by three ministers of Maldives on And it was good to see everyone enjoying the wonderful beaches. He wrote that the best thing is that these are in India.
