The PMO said that the main focus of these projects will be on the power sector. PM Modi will inaugurate NTPC's 800 MW Telangana Super Thermal Power Project (Unit-2) at Peddapalli. This project based on advanced technology will supply 85 percent electricity to Telangana. It will have the highest power generation efficiency of about 42 percent among all NTPC power stations in India. PM Modi also laid the foundation stone of this project.
