The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement that PM Modi will reach Adilabad in Telangana at around 10:30 am on Monday. Will inaugurate, inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of many development projects worth more than Rs 56,000 crore here. PM Modi will visit Bhavini in Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu at around 3.30 pm.

The PMO said that the main focus of these projects will be on the power sector. PM Modi will inaugurate NTPC's 800 MW Telangana Super Thermal Power Project (Unit-2) at Peddapalli. This project based on advanced technology will supply 85 percent electricity to Telangana. It will have the highest power generation efficiency of about 42 percent among all NTPC power stations in India. PM Modi also laid the foundation stone of this project.
