JEE Main 2022: The second phase of JEE Main begins, BE-BTech exam will be held in 10 shifts, read guidelines

JEE Mains 2022 Session-2: The examination of session-2 of JEE Main, the country's biggest engineering entrance exam, has started. The second phase i.e. July session examination will be conducted from July 25 to 29. This exam will be held in 500 cities in the country and 17 abroad. Admit cards for JEE Main Phase II have been released. Earlier, the second phase JEE Main exam was to begin on July 21, but it was postponed.

 

The BE-BTech exam will be held in 10 shifts from June 24 to 29. A total of 06 lakh 29 thousand 778 candidates have registered in this. Around 60,000 students will appear for the exam in each shift. Students can download the admit card from the NTA JEE Main website using their application number and date of birth.

Tips for JEE Mains 2022 aspirants

 

Expert Amit Ahuja told that the candidates have to report on their own reporting time given on the admit card.

 

Admissions will be closed half an hour before the commencement of the examination.

 

The lab will be allotted to the examinees through the bar code reader given on the admit card.

 

Along with this, a three-layer mask will also be given to the examinees, which will be mandatory for the student to use while taking the exam.

 

In the self-declaration format in the admit card, the student will have to carry the left-hand thumb impression and a photograph of himself.

 

Candidates will have to put their signature in this format only in front of the examiner at the examination center.

 

JEE Mains 2022 candidates should keep these things in mind

 

Candidates will have to bring Aadhar Card or any ID proof self-declaration filled admit card, transparent pen, self photograph, sanitizer, and a transparent bottle of water with them. Candidates will not be allowed to bring any electronic gadgets with them.

 

Also, wearing thick-soled shoes and clothes with big buttons will not be allowed.

 

Six rough sheets will be provided to the candidates for rough work at the examination center, which will have to be returned at the end of the examination by writing their name and roll number.

 

Along with this, the candidates will also have to leave the admit card and self-declaration form at the given place at the end of the examination.

 

Physically handicapped and handicapped students will be given one hour extra for the examination and the scribe will be given by NTA only.

 

JEE Mains 2022: Declaration to be given if Aadhaar is not available

 

Career Counselor Ahuja said that the JEE-Main application was linked with Aadhaar, so those candidates whose name, date of birth, and gender were not verified by Aadhaar during the application, should be carried along by filling the undertaking given in the admit card. Will happen. Also, they will be given admission only after showing this undertaking at the time of examination, on which the signature of the special examiner of NTA will have to be submitted there.
