The political battle that was going on for about two and a half months regarding the Lok Sabha elections ended on Thursday with the end of the final phase of the election campaign. In such a situation, now all eyes are fixed on the results of June 4. However, even before this, political parties have started claiming their victory. Meanwhile, on the last day of the final phase of the election campaign, political parties showed full force for the victory of their candidates.

PM Modi, JP Nadda, Yogi Adityanath, Rahul Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi held road shows and rallies, while Mamata Banerjee took an eight-kilometer-long padayatra. Voting for the final phase will be held on June 1. The 57 seats of eight states and union territories for which voting will be held in the final phase include 13-13 seats of Uttar Pradesh and Punjab, eight of Bihar, nine of West Bengal, six of Odisha, four of Himachal Pradesh, three of Jharkhand and one seat of Chandigarh.

PM reached Punjab on the last day of the election campaign

On the last day of the election campaign, PM Modi addressed his last rally in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. During the entire election campaign, PM Modi did road shows apart from 206 rallies. Allegations and counter-allegations were in full swing throughout the election campaign. After the second phase, the nature of the campaign changed rapidly.

PM Modi said this about the opposition

When the opposition threatened to change the constitution and end reservation if the NDA government came to power, BJP leaders retaliated and alleged that if the opposition alliance formed the government, the OBC reservation would be taken away and given to Muslims. Meanwhile, sharp attacks were made from both sides, and the limit of words was also broken. On the last day in Hoshiarpur, the PM said that the opposition should not make him open his mouth, otherwise, he will bring out the sins of seven generations. PM Modi left for Kanyakumari directly from there. He will meditate here for about 48 hours.

UP CM addressed many rallies and road shows

Apart from this, on the last day of campaigning, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also addressed many rallies and road shows. On the last day of election campaigning, Rahul Gandhi held rallies and road shows in Odisha and Punjab, while Priyanka Gandhi held rallies and road shows in Himachal Pradesh. On the other hand, Congress President Kharge targeted PM Modi.

These candidates including PM Modi are in the fray in the last phase

The prominent faces in the fray in the last phase of the Lok Sabha elections include Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He is contesting from Varanasi. Along with this, other prominent faces in this phase of elections include Union Minister Anurag Thakur, former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, Congress leader and former Union Minister Manish Tewari, actress Kangana Ranaut, Lalu Prasad Yadav's daughter Misa Bharti, Mamta Banerjee's nephew Abhishek Banerjee, etc.

BJP and Congress gave importance to these issues

In this election campaign of about two and a half months, all issues like Ram Mandir, Article 370, inflation, and unemployment were raised, but the most discussed were the issues of snatching and distributing property by BJP against Congress and changing the constitution by BJP. Both the parties raised this issue at every opportunity. The BJP had raised this issue of snatching property and distributing it to others after Rahul Gandhi's statement, in which he talked about caste census as well as getting the country's resources and properties x-rayed.
