This is the biggest deal in Microsoft's 46-year history. Activision Blizzard's game lineup includes Call of Duty, Candy Crush, Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, and Hearthstone. With this deal, Microsoft will get about 400 million monthly gaming users of Activision. Under the deal, Microsoft will pay Activision $95 per share.

The combined company is now known as Broadcom but does business as Avago. It has become one of the largest suppliers of semiconductor and infrastructure software products in the US.
