Today is the last day of October. The month of November will start tomorrow and many big changes are going to happen along with it. These changes will not only affect your pocket but your lifestyle will also be affected. Along with the change in the prices of gas cylinders from November 1, the rules related to insurance claims are also going to change. Along with this, there will also be a change in the railway timetable.

LPG prices will change

On the first of every month, on November 1, the petroleum companies will fix the new rates after reviewing the LPC prices. Explain that petroleum companies revise the prices of 14 kg domestic cylinders and 19 kg commercial cylinders on the first day of every month. On October 1, the companies increased the prices of commercial gas cylinders by Rs 25.5.

OTP will have to be told about the delivery of the cylinder

The second important change in November is also related to the gas cylinder itself. A one-time password or OTP will be required for home delivery of gas cylinders from November. After booking the cylinder, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer. After telling this, it will be matched with the system, and only after that, the cylinder will be delivered.

Rules for taking insurance claims will change

On November 1, IRDA can also announce a big change. It may be made mandatory for insurers to provide KYC details from the first of November. Presently, while giving KYC while buying a non-life insurance policy is voluntary, it will become mandatory in November. After this, the claim can be canceled if KYC documents are not provided at the time of the insurance claim.

There will be this change in the rules related to GST

There will also be a change in the rules related to GST in November. Now taxpayers with a turnover of fewer than five crores will be required to enter the five-digit HSN code in the GST return. Earlier, a two-digit HSN code had to be entered. It was made mandatory for taxpayers with a turnover of more than five crores to enter a four-digit code from April 1, 2022, and then a six-digit code with effect from August 1, 2022.

Rules related to electricity subsidy will change

There will also be a change in the rules related to electricity subsidy in Delhi from November. Under this, people who have not registered for electricity subsidy will not get the benefit of the subsidy. The last date for registration for subsidy was fixed today i.e. 31 October 2022.
