Night Curfew in Uttarakhand: Because of the increasing cases of Corona, the Pushkar Singh Dhami government has imposed a Night Curfew in Uttarakhand. Night curfew will be in place from 11 pm to 5 am. Earlier, night curfew has also been imposed in UP, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh.

 

Let us inform you that in Uttarakhand, the first case of infection with Omicron, a new form of coronavirus, has come to the fore in Dehradun. Uttarakhand's Director General of Health Dr. Tripti Bahuguna said that a 23-year-old woman who had recently returned from Scotland has tested positive for Omicron.

 

Dr. Tripti Bahuguna told that the woman, resident of Kawli Road, Dehradun, had returned from Scotland to Delhi on December 8, where her RT-PCR test done at the airport came negative. On the same day, the woman reached Dehradun with her parents in a car in the evening, after which a re-examination on December 12 confirmed her infection with Omicron.

 

The woman has been kept in home-quarantine

Dr. Bahuguna told that the woman has been kept in home-quarantine where she has been provided with a medical kit. It has been asked to strictly follow the protocol related to it. The woman is being continuously monitored by the District Surveillance Unit. His parents' samples have also been sent for testing and genome sequencing.

 

 

So far 578 people have been found infected with Omicron in 19 states.

 

Amid the threat of Corona, cases of new variants are increasing rapidly in the country. So far 578 people have been found infected with Omicron in 19 states of the country.
