He said that the level of modern weapons in Russia's strategic nuclear forces has exceeded 91 percent and we will carry out all our plans to equip the strategic forces with the latest weapon systems.
Proposal to increase the number of armed forces
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu proposed increasing the strength of the Russian Armed Forces to 1.5 million soldiers, including 695,000 contract soldiers.
