
Bhim Army chief Nawab Satpal Tanwar has been arrested by the police for threatening former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. The arrest took place from Tanwar's residence in Gurugram. Tanwar had announced in the past while threatening that whoever brings Nupur's tongue off will be given a reward of one crore rupees. Police have registered a case under the relevant sections.
A case was also registered against Bhim Army Chief Satpal Tanwar in Kanpur. It is known that Satpal had said that whoever brings Nupur Sharma's tongue, will give him a reward of one crore. DCP East Pramod Kumar said that a report has been filed against the accused of hurting religious sentiments and other serious sections. Let us inform you that Nupur Sharma had made controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad. Since then, there is a lot of resentment among the people of the Muslim community towards Nupur Sharma.
