It is being reported that he had been battling cancer for a long time, due to which he lost the battle of life and left this world on October 15th.

Expressing grief over his friend's death, Firoz shared a recent post on social media, writing, "Goodbye, my friend, we will miss you a lot."

 

Overall, Pankaj's sudden passing is being considered a major blow to the industry. His family and friends are in deep grief, and many are paying tribute to him on social media.
