PM Modi Roadshow: Prime Minister's roadshow in Bareilly today, many roads in the city will remain closed, proceed with caution

Route diversion has been implemented in the city given the security and traffic arrangements during the proposed road show of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Bareilly. SP Traffic Shivraj has completely prohibited the entry of heavy vehicles in the city from 7 am on Friday till the end of the program in the evening. Apart from this, the traffic system within the city will also remain changed. Traffic will be restricted on many routes.

Heavy vehicles going from Pilibhit to Bareilly via Badaun will go via Vilaydham, Bada Bypass, Fatehganj East, and Dataganj.


 

- Heavy vehicles going from Bareilly towards Delhi will go to Delhi via Satellite, Invertis, Vilay Dham, and Jhumka Tiraha.


 

Vehicles going from the city to Badaun will go via Lal Phatak, Ramganga.


 

- Vehicles going from Bareilly to Rampur, Delhi will go via Mini Bypass, Jhumka Tiraha.


 

Entry of heavy vehicles into the city will be restricted from Vilaydham, Lalpur Cut, Navadiya Jhaada, Invertis Tiraha, Bukhara Mod, and Ramganga Tiraha.


 

Entry of all types of vehicles will be prohibited from Barrier-2 to Air Force Station, Delapir, Stadium, and Sauphuta Road from 10 am on Friday.


 

- Buses that have to come from Civil Airport to Satellite or Railway Junction will be able to go to Railway Junction via Pilibhit Bypass, Satellite, Isaias Ki Puliya, Bareilly Club, Cantt. Vehicles going from the railway station to the civil airport will be able to go via Cantt, Bareilly Club, and Satellite.

Traffic will be restricted from Gandhi Udyan to Vikas Bhawan and Stadium Road. Vehicles going from the city to the civil airport will go via Gandhi Udyan, Malii Ki Puliya, and Satellite.

Entry of vehicles other than those participating in the roadshow will be restricted through Patel Chowk, Kotwali, and Qutub Khana. Normal vehicles going towards Izzatnagar will go to Izzatnagar via Choupula, Mini Bypass.


 

- Given the roadshow, entry of all types of four-wheeler and two-wheeler vehicles will be prohibited between Adinath Chowk to Jhulelal Dwar, Swayamvar Baratghar, Sheel Square, Selection Point Square, Stadium, Keshlata Hospital. Can travel using alternative routes.


 

Parking arrangements for vehicles coming into the roadshow

 

- Buses coming from Bada Bypass will cross the Izzatnagar flyover from Wilwa Bhud and drop people at IVRI Gate. These buses will be parked on the IVRI campus. People participating in the roadshow will get down from the bus at IVRI Gate and will go left from the foot bridge to Ajanta Sweets and then turn left till Sheel Square. Will be able to go to the group from there.


 

Vehicles coming for the road show from the metropolitan side will be parked at GRM School Ground, Manohar Bhushan Inter College, Kanti Kapoor Inter College from Kohadapir Road after crossing Mahadev Setu from Patel Chowk. Buses will drop people on the way and park them in the railway yard. After getting down from the bus, other people will park small vehicles at GRM School, Manohar Bhushan Inter College, Kanti Kapoor Inter College, and reach Sheel intersection. Will be able to go to the group from there.


 

- Small vehicles reaching Brick Pajaya, Sood Dharamkanta can also park their vehicles at GRM School and go towards Sheel Square/Selection Point.


 

- Chowki Square, Gandhi Udyan, Vikas Bhawan, Stadium, and Delapir Marg will be restricted for all vehicles. The officers/police personnel on duty during the roadshow program will park their four-wheelers/two-wheelers in the stadium. Officers/police personnel will go to their duty on foot from the stadium via the selection point.
