Congress leader Pawan Khera alleged that the Observer Research Foundation (ORF)—where Jaishankar's son Dhruv Jaishankar works—received funding from the Chinese embassy in India. Khera said that the US-based unit of the foundation, which is headed by the foreign minister's son, has received funding from the Chinese embassy not once, not twice, but thrice.
