The buzz of Allu Arjun starrer film 'Pushpa: The Rule' (Pushpa 2) has been made. Ever since the teaser of the film was released, the craze for this Pan India star seems to be increasing among the fans. The teaser achieved record-breaking viewership as soon as it was released.

Originally made in the Telugu language, 'Pushpa 2' movie will be released in different languages across India. A big update has come out regarding the North distribution rights of this film. 'Pushpa 2' has earned crores of rupees even before its release.

 

 

'Pushpa 2' blasts in OTT rights

The film 'Pushpa 2' starring South Indian actors Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna has bagged the biggest deal, surpassing the RRR film. According to sources close to the film, the digital rights of 'Pushpa 2: The Roulette' have been sold to Netflix for Rs 250 crore. This is a record deal for films in all languages. 'Pushpa 2' is one of the most awaited pan India films after 'Baahubali 2' and 'KGF 2'.

 

Left 'RRR' behind

People associated with 'Pushpa 2' have full confidence in the performance of this film. The deal made will be variable depending on the box office performance. The new method of making the deal that has been adopted can also be increased after seeing the performance of the film at the box office. At present the base price that has been fixed is Rs 250 crore. This figure may increase up to Rs 300 crore.

 

The previous record in terms of digital rights was made by SS Rajamouli's film 'RRR'. The film was sold digitally for Rs 170 crore. At present there is still time for the release of Pushpa 2: The Rule. The film will be released on 15th August. In the year 2021, its first part 'Pushpa: The Rise' earned Rs 125 crore in Hindi.
