Rahul to hold rallies in UP, Bihar

New Delhi, April 15 (IANS) Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will Wednesday address two election rallies in Uttar Pradesh and one in Bihar, his office said Tuesday.

Gandhi will address his first rally at Kishanganj constituency in Bihar followed by rallies in Unnao and Banda in Uttar Pradesh.
