In such a situation, the staff of RapidX will tell the passengers about every technology that will be used during the journey. RapidX is being run from Sahibabad to Duhai in the first phase. RapidX staff will be on hand to explain RapidX technology to passengers. They will be told about the button to open the train gate, the option to inform the pilot driving the train, and the emergency button, etc. Passengers will be able to know about its speed while traveling.
In case of unwell during the journey, first aid and how to take the patient to RapidX will be explained in detail. Information about taking train tickets, making monthly passes, etc. will be given. Although some technology is similar to Metro. Because of this passengers will not have to face much trouble.
Goods will not be received after two months
