In this case, a lawyer named Vivek Garg has appealed to the Delhi Police Commissioner to register a case. Khurshid is accused of trying to defame Hindutva. Khurshid has written in his book, 'Hindutva is setting aside the Sanatan and ancient Hinduism of sages, which is in every way like ISIS and jihadi Islamic organizations like Boko Haram.'
