Uddhav Thackeray's petition against the snatching of Shiv Sena's name and symbol was not heard in the Supreme Court for the second consecutive day. On this, Uddhav's lawyer Kapil Sibal asked the court to hear the matter soon. He argued that the assembly office of the Uddhav faction has already been captured. If the stay is not granted by the court, then the Shinde faction will take away the office and bank account as well.

Uddhav Thackeray reached the Supreme Court on Monday against the decision of the Election Commission. The court asked them to file the petition on Tuesday. When Uddhav's lawyer Sibal reached the Supreme Court on Tuesday, the court said - after the hearing of a case in the constitution bench is over on Wednesday, it will hear the case. Now the Supreme Court will hear this case on Wednesday at 3.30 pm.

Sanjay Raut said – now trust only the Supreme Court

On the decision to take away the name and symbol of Shiv Sena from the Election Commission, Uddhav faction leader Sanjay Raut said on Tuesday that all institutions have ended in this country. Democracy has been murdered, so now there is only one hope left - the Supreme Court. We will go there and demand justice.

Shinde's first executive meeting after getting the nomination

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's faction has got the name and symbol of Shiv Sena from the Election Commission. Soon after this, Shinde is trying to strengthen his grip on the Shiv Sena. After this change, he will hold the first meeting of his national executive on Tuesday. It is believed that new office bearers may be appointed in this.

Uddhav also called a meeting of the national executive of his group

Here, after losing the name and symbol of Shiv Sena, Uddhav Thackeray will also hold the first national executive meeting today. According to the news agency, during the meeting, there can be a discussion on how to take back the control of Shiv Sena from Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Uddhav can appoint new local leaders in the executive meeting on Tuesday evening. The further strategy will also be discussed during this

A Thackeray faction in SC cited the party constitution

The petition by the Uddhav faction had said that the Election Commission, in settling the dispute over the name and symbol of the Shiv Sena, was based on the party's 1999 constitution, though it had been changed in 2018. In the amendment, it was said that the president will be at the top of the Shiv Sena. The final decision on the inclusion, removal, or meeting of someone in the party will be taken by the party president.

The Uddhav faction had said that according to the 1999 constitution, the party chief had no such power. He alleged that the Election Commission did not even give time to put the 2018 Constitution on record. The new constitution has been ignored while taking the decision. Based on this argument, the Uddhav group demanded a stay on the decision of the Election Commission till the decision of the Supreme Court.

Uddhav's troubles are increasing continuously

Uddhav Thackeray's troubles are increasing continuously. First, the name and symbol of the party went away, then the office of the party in the Vidhan Bhavan also went away. Now the Shinde faction is eyeing the BMC headquarters. On the other hand, the Shinde faction has staked a claim on the office of the Shiv Sena in the Maharashtra Assembly. The MLAs of the Shinde faction took over the office.

Before the meeting of the Uddhav faction at the Shiv Sena building in Mumbai, Shinde faction leader Sada Sarvankar said that we are not paying attention to any property. Not only Sena Bhavan, but for us, every branch of the party is a temple.

Thackeray group claims – 2000 crore deal to buy name

Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) leader Sanjay Raut has claimed that a Rs 2000 crore deal has been struck to buy Shiv Sena's name and election symbol Tir-Kaman. Raut wrote on social media on Sunday that Rs 2000 crore is an initial figure and it is completely true.

Raut had said that a builder close to the ruling party had shared this information. They will reveal it soon. At the same time, on this statement of Raut, CM Eknath Shinde's MLA Sada Sarvankar asked whether the cashier of that deal is Sanjay Raut. In this case, a case has been registered against Sanjay Raut in Nashik.
