Sunny Deol is the first actor above the age of 60, whose film has crossed the 100 crore mark in such a short time. However, Sunny Deol holds his daughter-in-law Drisha Acharya responsible for the success of 'Gadar 2'.

Sunny Deol's film Gadar 2 earned 40.10 crores on the very first day. 43.08 crores on the second day and 52 crores on the third day. Seeing the speed with which the film is touching the earning figures every day, it would not be wrong to say that the film will easily earn 200 crores in the first week.
