Many people are calling Sushmita a 'gold digger' for dating Lalit. Amidst all this, Sushmita Sen's alleged ex-boyfriend and filmmaker Vikram Bhatt has stated in favor of the actress.

 

Talking to the media house, Vikram said, "Sushmita is a 'Love Digger', not a 'Gold Digger'. Someone's tragedy is becoming someone's entertainment. It has always been like this. Even when Kareena [Kapoor] married Saif [Ali Khan] people trolled her. If you are a celebrity and if you take any decision which seems strange to the netizens, then they start trolling you.
