Ukraine became independent in 1991

After this Russia also deactivated all its nuclear stations located in Ukraine.
NATO problem

Now Ukraine's patience is starting to respond. This is the reason why he is now looking very aggressive about NATO. This is because Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that when he became president, he had put the issue on the back burner because of NATO's equivocal attitude. Not only this, Zelensky has even said that NATO is afraid of Russia, so it is not giving membership to it.
Russia is opposed to NATO expansion
But it is also necessary to mention that Russia has always been strongly opposed to the expansion of NATO. Russia wants NATO to remain where it was before.
