The BJP has returned to power in the state on the face of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The next five years will be no less challenging for the Yogi, who has completed his successful tenure battling the horrific challenge of the Corona epidemic. The challenge will be to shorten the streak drawn by him in the second term.

From tribal welfare to industrial development and strong law and order, the burden of expectations is sure to increase on the shoulders of Yogi, who has won the trust of the people. After winning the assembly elections in 2017, BJP handed over the power of the state in the hands of Yogi Adityanath. From the very early decisions, he had indicated that the marginalized sections would be the priority of his governance.

Yogi, who had closely observed the miseries of the life of the tribal tribe as MP of Gorakhpur, took concrete steps for a comprehensive change in the life of this class. Among them were the Tharu, Kol, Musahar and Vantangia communities. Even after independence, Vantangia society, deprived of the status of being a citizen of the country, got real freedom when Yogi declared their villages as revenue villages as soon as he became the CM.

Musahars got freedom from eating Moose (rat) under the rule of Yogi. By connecting them with the mainstream of development, they made arrangements for the education of the children. Also, 38 villages of the Tharu tribe were made revenue villages. He was saturated with all the developmental schemes of the central and state government. Along with the deprived-neglected class, CM Yogi's eyes were also on the overall development of the state. Important schemes were made for investment, development of infrastructure facilities, employment, improved agriculture, etc.

If we look at the figures, after Yogi Adityanath became the Chief Minister, there has been an investment of Rs 4.68 lakh crore in Uttar Pradesh, whereas from 2012 to 2017 only Rs 55187 crore was invested in the SP government. In the last five years, 82 lakh industrial units were established, while in the previous five years this number was only 5.30 lakh.

He laid this foundation of industrial development by implementing strong law and order system and single window system. The policy of zero tolerance on crime and corruption was strictly implemented. It also showed results. In less than five years, Uttar Pradesh's ranking in the Ease of Doing Business (Ease of Doing Business) ranking has shifted from 14th to second place in the country.

The doors of employment-self-employment opened for the youth: The Chief Minister not only paid attention to the jobs and employment according to the qualifications but also achieved many times more than the previous governments. achieved. In the Yogi government, about five lakh youth were given government jobs with transparency. During the tenure of the previous government, more than one lakh youth could not get government jobs. This government gave employment to 3.5 lakh youth on contract and employed 20 crore people in the MSME sector. As a result, the unemployment rate, which was 17.5 percent under the SP regime, has now been reduced to 4.1 percent.

The tenure started with farmer welfare: Yogi took the first decision as soon as he took charge of the state in the interest of the food donor. In the first cabinet meeting itself, the loans of 86 lakh small and marginal farmers amounting to Rs 36 thousand crores were waived. Most of the farmers of UP got the benefit of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi. About 38 thousand crore rupees were sent to the accounts of the farmers of the state. Records were made for the purchase and payment of paddy-wheat at the minimum support price from the farmers. New sugar mills were started by paying about Rs 1.50 crore cane price to sugarcane farmers.
