Udaipur Murder Case: Court sent Ghaus Mohammad, Riyaz Attari, and Farhad on remand, four accused were jailed

Udaipur Murder Case: In the brutal murder of tailor Kanhaiyalal on June 28 in Udaipur, Rajasthan, the NIA court has sent the accused Ghaus Mohammad, Riyaz Attari, and Farhad Mohammad to NIA remand. At the same time, the court has sent the rest of the accused to jail.

 

Sent on remand till July 16

 

In fact, after being remanded till July 12, these accused were presented in the special court of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in Jaipur today. From here, the NIA court sent Farhad Mohammad, including the main accused in Kanhaiyalal's murder, Ghaus Mohammad and Riyaz, to NIA remand till July 16, while the remaining accused have been sent to jail.

The accused Riyaz Attari, Ghaus Mohammad, Asif, Mohsin, Wasim Ali, Mohammad Mohsin, and Farhad Mohammad were produced in the NIA court in Jaipur today. Of these, Asif, Mohsin, Wasim Ali, and Mohammad Mohsin have been sent to jail.

It is worth mentioning that on June 28, Riyaz Attari and Ghaus Mohammad killed Kanhaiyalal, a tailor in Udaipur, for supporting the remarks made by the suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. A few hours after the incident, the police arrested the main accused from Bhima in Rajsamand.
