Uproar in Moosewala's village: People angry with the security of Singer's house, CM Bhagwant Mann arrived 2 hours late due to protest

Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann reached Musa village of Mansa on Friday. He is meeting the parents of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. They were to reach at 8 o'clock, but because of the protest in Musa village, they reached 2 hours late. Earlier, AAP MLA Gurpreet Singh Banawali, who reached Musa village, had to face opposition from the people. People turned him back unharmed.

Distressed by the security of the police, the villagers raised slogans against him. People say that the police prevented Moosewala's relatives from going inside the house on the pretext of visiting the CM. The MLA apologized to the people with folded hands. Because of the CM's visit, tight security arrangements have been made here.

Moosewala was shot dead by the assailants on Sunday evening. The Mann government had downgraded Moosewala's security a day earlier. However, at the time of the murder, Moosewala was not accompanied by either of his gunmen. There is also resentment about the government within the family regarding this.

92 MLA still did not reach any ceremony

Aam Aadmi Party has 92 MLAs out of 117 in Punjab. Despite this, no one had reached Moosewala's rites. Questions were constantly being raised at the party regarding this. After which some MLAs reached his house. Yesterday, Finance Minister Harpal Cheema and Panchayat Minister Kuldeep Dhaliwal reached Musa village. He also got the family members to talk to CM Bhagwant Mann on the phone.

The tension of Sangrur by-election

In the assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party got the maximum support from the youth. However, there is resentment among the youth after the killing of Sidhu Moosewala. The by-election to the Sangrur Lok Sabha seat is to be held on June 23. In such a situation, if the AAP government could not satisfy the family members, then they may have to face the consequences in the Sangrur seat. That's why CM Mann met Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi yesterday. After which there was a program to go to their Musa village.
