He said that Congress ruled the country for the longest time. At that time, how did they work to implicate BJP workers, leaders, RSS leaders, Hindu leaders in false cases?
CM Yogi Adityanath said at a rally in Farrukhabad, "You must have seen in Malegaon blast. The mischief of Congress is a crime against the country and Congress should apologize." He said that earlier when Congress was in power, it used to inspire and encourage terrorists and they used to file false cases against Hindu organizations, and today when they are out of power, they oppose every work which is done for the public interest.
A witness in the Malegaon blasts case claimed in a court on Tuesday that the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) had forced him to name Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and four Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leaders. At that time the statement of this witness was recorded by the Maharashtra ATS.

It is worth noting that former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh was the Additional Commissioner of ATS when it investigated the 2008 Malegaon blast case. The NIA later took over the responsibility of investigating the case.

The witness told the court during his testimony that the then senior ATS officer Parambir Singh and another officer had asked him to name four RSS leaders, including the current Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and Indresh Kumar. He claimed that ATS had harassed him and kept him sitting (at the ATS office) illegally.
After his testimony, the court declared him a hostile witness for refusing to testify against the ATS and making any statement before the Anti-Terror Agency. So far, around 20 witnesses have been examined in the case, out of which 15 have turned hostile.
