Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has recommended a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the Excise Policy 2021-22 of the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led government for alleged violation of rules and process lapses. Sisodia is the head of the Excise Department of the Delhi Government. Officials said on Friday that the recommendation for a CBI probe has been made based on the report submitted by the Delhi Chief Secretary earlier this month.
