The Indian team defeated New Zealand by four wickets with 12 balls remaining in the 20th match of the World Cup 2023 on Sunday. This was the fifth consecutive win in the tournament for the Rohit Sharma-led Indian team and it has become number 1 in the points table of the World Cup 2023.
In the match played in Dharamshala, New Zealand batted first and the entire team was all out after scoring 273 runs in 50 overs. In reply, India achieved the target by losing 6 wickets in 48 overs. 5) Ravindra Jadeja - Ravindra Jadeja bowled hard and conceded 48 runs in 10 overs, but could not take any wicket. Then he performed brilliantly in batting and played a match-winning inning of 39 runs with the help of three fours and one six in 44 balls.
