Dr. Fahim has told that if people take care of some things, then they can defeat the infection by staying at home. They have claimed that 80-90% of people can be cured by staying at home properly. Dr. Fahim's first advice is that he should first separate himself from the other people of the house for 14 days as soon as the infection is identified.
While being self-isolated, use a separate bathroom and separate your utensils.

What to avoid -
Dr. Faheem says that experiments are still being done on drugs like Actemra / plasma / remdesivir. Do not spend your time, money on this.
Things to keep in mind while doing home isolation-
For home isolation, select a room where ventilation is good.
- Do not share any items such as utensils, bedding, or towels with household members.
- Keep a napkin on the mouth while coughing or sneezing.
- Wear masks at home too. Which should be changed every 6-8 hours.
- Do not forget to thoroughly sanitize the hands after applying hand on mouth.
The hand should be washed for 40 seconds with soap and water.
How are your diet-
-For fresh and plain food should be made at home for the patients of Corona.
-Korona patients include seasonal, fresh fruits like orange and oranges and a diet rich in protein like beans, lentils in their diet. -Corona's patients should be cooked in low cholesterol oil.
