Some changes have also been made to this show which started in the year 2000. The biggest change has happened in prize money. The prize money of KBC 14 has been increased to Rs 7.50 crore. Now the jackpot question will be seven and a half crores instead of seven crores. Apart from this, the second change in the show is that now even after giving the wrong answer at the last stop, the contestant will get a big amount. Earlier, if the answer to the question of 1 crore or 7 crore was wrong, the contestant used to roll down. He used to get only 3 lakh 20 thousand. But now if a contestant, after answering the question of 1 crore, plays for a question of seven and a half crores and he is not able to answer it correctly, then he will get 75 lakh rupees if he loses.
