The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has made a major announcement regarding the results of the Intermediate Annual Examination 2026. The Board's Chairman, Mr. Anand Kishor, has informed that the examination results will be released on March 23, 2026, at 1:30 PM by the Honorable Minister of the Education Department, Bihar, Mr. Sunil Kumar. Dr. B. Rajender, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, will also be present on this occasion. Examinees will be able to easily check their results through the Board's official websites.

This year (in 2026), the Bihar Board Class 10 and Class 12 examinations were conducted for a total of over 28.30 lakh students. Of these, 15,12,687 examinees were registered for the Matriculation (Class 10) examination. Meanwhile, the Class 12 examination was conducted for a total of 13,17,846 examinees.

 

 

BSEB Bihar Board 12th Result 2026: When were the Bihar Board Class 12 exams held?

The Bihar Board Class 12 examinations were conducted in two shifts across 1,762 examination centers from February 2 to February 13, 2026. The morning shift was held from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM, while the evening shift ran from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. The Class 12 results are expected to be released in the last week of March 2026. BSEB Bihar Board 10th Result 2026: When was the Bihar Board Matriculation examination conducted?

The Bihar Board Matriculation examination was conducted across 1,699 centers from February 17 to February 25, 2026. The examination was held in two shifts. The first shift began at 9:30 AM and continued until 12:45 PM. Subsequently, the second shift was conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. The Class 10 results are likely to be declared in the first week of April 2026.
