Cat went for Haj after eating 900 rats - Randeep Surjewala

Questions have been raised on this move of the government by the Congress party. Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala described the move as "the cat went to Haj after eating 900 rats". Surjewala said that the unemployment rate in the country is the highest in the last 50 years. The rupee is also at its lowest price against the dollar in 75 years. Did he question for how long will PM Modi divert attention from these things by playing only Twitter-Twitter?
