Vaibhav Suryavanshi failed to make an impact in the final match. The left-handed batsman scored 26 runs off 10 balls before being dismissed by Ali Raza. After Vaibhav Suryavanshi's dismissal, no Indian batsman could stay at the crease, and the entire team was bowled out for 156 runs in 26.2 overs.

After the match, as the players were leaving the stadium, Pakistani fans heavily jeered Vaibhav Suryavanshi. The video shows 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi walking out of the stadium when he was subjected to harsh words from Pakistani fans. This video has gone viral on social media.
The video also shows that the Indian player, true to his nature, chose to leave peacefully without saying anything to anyone. Vaibhav Suryavanshi did not react to the jeering from the Pakistani fans and quietly walked towards the bus.
Vaibhav's On-Field Confrontation
However, during the match, when Suryavanshi was dismissed, he had a confrontation with fast bowler Ali Raza on the field. After dismissing Vaibhav, Raza said something, to which the Indian batsman retaliated. Vaibhav pointed towards his shoe while looking at Raza. Then he said something while looking at the ground and returned to the pavilion.
Vaibhav's Stellar Performance
Vaibhav Suryavanshi had a strong performance in the Under-19 Asia Cup. He scored a century against the UAE in just 56 balls and played a blistering innings of 171 runs off 95 balls. Then, against Malaysia, the left-handed batsman scored a half-century in 25 balls. However, Vaibhav's bat remained silent in the semi-final and final.
Suryavanshi scored 261 runs in five innings, including one century and one half-century. His average was 52.20. Vaibhav is expected to feature in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy.
