Both these accidents took place 50 km on the same expressway. Happened at a distance.
A sleeper bus collided with a parked truck on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in the Thathia police station area of Kannauj. The accident happened near Piprauli village. After the collision, the sleeper bus went uncontrolled and fell. In the accident, 3 people including 2 women and 1 child were killed in the bus. 18 passengers are injured. The condition of 4 of them is serious. After the accident, the nearby villagers reached the spot and informed the police. The injured have been admitted to the Government Medical College, Tirwa.

Thathia Police Station President Kamal Bhati told that the accident sleeper bus was going from Anand Bihar Delhi to Sultanpur. The bus left Delhi on Sunday evening with 30 passengers. Anita Bajpai (50), Sanjana (25), and Devansh (11), residents of Rae Bareilly, died on the spot in the accident. After the incident, the safe passengers were dispatched to another vehicle. The second accident on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway took place in the Unnao district at 4 am on Monday. Here in the Auras police station area, the sleeper bus hit the moving truck (DCM). In the accident, 4 people traveling in the bus died on the spot. While a woman died in the hospital. At the same time, 10 people are seriously injured. The bus was going from Rajkot in Gujarat to the Tikunia border in Lakhimpur.
Auras Inspector Rajkumar Singh, who reached the spot, said that two of them have been identified as Lalit Saud (35) and Chandra Saud (50). Both were residents of Nepal. At the same time, the identification of two others is being done. 10 passengers on the bus are serious. Of these, 5 have been referred to Lucknow. While 5 are admitted to the district hospital of Unnao. After the accident, there was a long jam on the expressway. The accident vehicles were towed to the side.
