Anoop, a resident of Srivaraham in Thiruvananthapuram, had bought the ticket for this lottery on Saturday night, the results of which were declared on Sunday. After deducting the tax, Anoop will get Rs 15.75 crore.

Anoop, 30, worked as a chef in a hotel before driving an autorickshaw and was preparing to move to Malaysia to work as a chef again. His bank loan was also sanctioned to go to Malaysia. After this, he bought a lottery ticket for 500 rupees, on which his bumper lottery came out.
