There is a lot of anger among the local people due to the killing of innocent people by terrorists in Kashmir. To deal with the terrorists, people in many places have started forming their batches. These batches will not only identify the terrorists and their overground workers operating in their area but will also settle the account by surrounding them themselves.

Intelligence agencies have issued an alert to all security agencies and civil administration in this regard. It has been said in this alert that Kashmiris can now take the law against terrorists into their own hands. He will not wait for the security forces to launch an operation against terrorists in a particular area. So the administration should be careful.

In the alert issued by the intelligence agencies, it has been said that the people of Kashmir have taken this step taking lessons from the terrorist violence in Punjab. During the 1980s and subsequent years, in many places in Punjab, villagers had formed their factions to deal with the terrorists. These groups not only used to guard the village, but on seeing the terrorists, alerting other villagers, they used to attack them.

During the last year in Kashmir, the way terrorists have started targeting innocent civilians at the behest of Pakistan, people in Kashmir have turned completely against terrorists. Intelligence agencies said that many people of the plaintiffs often visit Punjab in winters. Apart from this, many students from Kashmir are studying in different cities of Punjab. When these people interact with people in Punjab on the situation in Kashmir, often the people of Punjab mention the role of common people against terrorists. This has strengthened the spirit of fighting the terrorists themselves in Kashmiris.

A senior security official, who did not wish to be named, said the intelligence agencies' alert was accurate. He said that an SPO (Special Police Officer) and his brother were sacrificed in the terror attack in Budgam on Saturday. The next day on Sunday, the administration got sweaty to cool the anger that was prevailing among the people in the entire area. The train service had to be stopped as a precaution. Prohibitory orders had to be imposed in many areas as there was a fear that angry villagers might attack those who have been or are still supporters of terrorist violence.

Angry people have given a warning to the terrorists: Senior security officials said that at some places in Srinagar, Budgam, Kulgam, and Anantnag, villagers have formed groups against the terrorists. These groups range from young people to the elderly. These people are also in contact with Ulemas and Maulvis. We have received information that in some places these people have issued an open warning to the terrorists and their supporters saying that if anyone is harassed or killed in their area, they will be punished with sangsar (stoning). If this happens, then there may be a law and order crisis.

Killing killers is not a crime: A youth from Kulgam, who did not wish to be named, said that it is not a crime to kill a person who killed innocent people. Here innocent civilians are being killed every day in the name of Islam and freedom at the behest of Pakistan, this will stop only when such people will be answered in their own words.

Said, for how long will we continue to take help from the police and the army: An elder named Akhtar Hussain said that I have also heard about such groups. I don't know who is going to do this, but those who are going to do it, are doing it right. For how long will we continue to take help from the police and the army.

Planning to catch and kill the terrorists, monitoring the situation of the police: Sources associated with the Jammu and Kashmir Police said that we are getting information for the last two to three months that Kashmiri youth have formed their groups at some places. These people are also planning to catch and kill the terrorists who are creating disturbances in their area. We are monitoring the situation.
