The Doomsday Trailer Is Spine-Chilling

The trailer for Avengers: Doomsday was released exclusively for fans at CinemaCon 2026. Present at this special trailer launch event were Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans, who portrays the character of Steve Rogers (Captain America) in the MCU. The trailer opens with a voice-over announcing, "Something is coming..." This is followed by a blinding flash of light, after which the scene cuts to reveal the character of Doctor Doom—played by Robert Downey Jr.—hidden behind a silver mask.

 

 

In the trailer, Robert Downey Jr. removes his mask and issues a warning that he intends to conquer the entire Multiverse. He further declares that this time, he has not come to save the world, but to rule it. In Avengers: Doomsday, fans can expect to witness several jaw-dropping confrontations. While the trailer offers glimpses of intense action sequences featuring characters like Gambit and Wolverine on one hand, it also showcases a fierce clash between Thor and Doctor Doom on the other. The makers have not yet uploaded the official trailer to YouTube; however, several videos of the trailer are currently going viral on X (formerly Twitter).

 

 

When will 'Avengers: Doomsday' be released in theaters?

The Marvel Cinematic Universe film 'Avengers: Doomsday' is set to hit Indian theaters on December 18, 2026. This time around, in addition to Robert Downey Jr., the movie features several major and returning actors from both the 'Fantastic Four'—including Pedro Pascal (Mr. Fantastic) and Vanessa Kirby—and the Avengers franchises. The entire film is based on the concepts of the 'Multiverse Saga' and 'Battleworld.'

 

 

According to reports, 'Avengers: Doomsday' is one of the highest-budget films in Hollywood history, and it is expected to shatter all box office revenue records. Media reports indicate that the film's total budget stands at approximately ₹8,500 crore—of which nearly ₹2,100 crore alone has been charged by the cast and directors as their fees.
