New developments are coming to the fore in the Aryan Khan case, the son of Shahrukh Khan, who was arrested in the cruise drugs case. Now Shiv Sena leader Kishore Tiwari has filed a petition in the Supreme Court. In which it has been said that the fundamental rights of Aryan Khan are being violated. It has been alleged in the petition that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is working with a vendetta.

Shiv Sena leader Kishor Tiwari has filed a petition in the Supreme Court making serious allegations against NCB. Tiwari has said in his petition that the fundamental rights of Aryan Khan, who was arrested in the case, are being violated. Not only this, NCB is working with a sense of revenge. Hence the role of NCB needs to be probed.

In the petition, Kishor Tiwari has said that the anti-drug agency has targeted film stars, models, and other celebrities for the last two years, India Today reported. He has demanded a special judicial inquiry. The matter should be investigated by a judge of the Supreme Court to find out this truth.

Let us inform you that Aryan Khan (23), son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, is currently lodged in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. He was arrested on October 2 in the cruise drugs case of Mumbai.

After Aryan's arrest, however, the NCB has said that nothing personally was recovered from him. But his relationship with drug peddlers has been revealed in Aryan's WhatsApp chat.

At the same time, till now Aryan Khan's bail application has been rejected time and again. During the bail hearing, the counsel for the anti-drug agency had claimed that the NCB has evidence that Aryan Khan was taking drugs regularly for the past few years.

The lawyer further argued that the drugs were confiscated from Arbaaz Merchant, Arbaaz Merchant, Aryan's friend at the International Cruise Terminal in Mumbai, and were meant for both Aryan and his use.

A special court for cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act will pronounce the order on Aryan Khan's bail plea tomorrow i.e. on October 20.
