USA: India's role will increase at the international level, US government claims - G20 chairmanship will be beneficial

A senior US government official says that India's role at the global level will increase in the coming days, adding that India and America will also come closer. Addressing people of Indian origin in Silicon Valley last week, the US Government's Deputy Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asia Affairs Nancy Ezzo Jackson said these things. He said that getting the chairmanship of G20 will help India to develop in every field.

 

 

Let us inform you that India was made the chairman of G20 on December 1 last year. Jackson said that as we are seeing India is presiding over the G20. We know that India's role at the global level will increase and with this, the relationship between India and America will also strengthen. The event was organized by Ajay Jain Bhutoria, a member of the President's Advisory Commission on Asian Americans. Several officials of the US government attended the event and talked about India-US relations, and the importance of people of Indian origin in America, and answered questions from people.

 

 

Jackson said that during the conversation, India's increasing role at the international level, G20 presidency, and reduction of visa time in India by the US government were discussed. Apart from Nancy Jackson, UAD's Deputy Mission Director, India Karen Klimosky, Division Chief for Outreach and Inquiries Bureau Counselor Jennifer Sudwick, Jane Miller of Visa Service Affairs Office, etc. were present in this program.
