The Supreme Court asked the Uttar Pradesh government that when there is a serious allegation of death or gunshot wound, will the accused be treated the same way in this country?
After this strictness of the court, the UP Police took immediate action and passed another notice at the house of the Union Minister of State for Home. Ashish Mishra has been given time till 11 am tomorrow to appear before the crime branch. On the other hand, CM Yogi Adityanath, while answering a question asked in the Lakhimpur case, has said that no one will be allowed to take the law into their hands. He said that no action will be taken under anyone's pressure.
