Ashish Mishra now has time till 11 o'clock tomorrow, the police should be present, or else the arrest warrant will be issued

Ashish Mishra, the main accused in the Lakhimpur violence case and son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni, now has time till 11 am on 9th October to appear before the crime branch. Meanwhile, the police have pasted another notice at the house of the Union Minister of State for Home. Police have said that if Ashish does not appear by tomorrow, an arrest warrant will be issued against him. Earlier on Thursday, UP Police had called Ashish Mishra to appear before the crime branch at 10 am today by pasting a notice at his house.

 

Today the government had to answer in the Supreme Court for the non-arrest of Ashish Mishra. Hearing on the Lakhimpur violence for the second consecutive day, the Supreme Court expressed dissatisfaction over the action taken by the UP government in this matter so far. The Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Raman begins hearing the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case. CJI Ramana said that we have received hundreds of emails. Advocate Harish Salve, on behalf of the UP government, told the Supreme Court that if the person does not appear before the crime branch, then strictness of law will be taken.

On this, the Supreme Court asked whether the UP government treats other accused like sending notices also. Harish Salve told that notice has been given to Ashish Mishra and he will appear tomorrow at 11 am. He said that Ashish Mishra is being targeted. On this, the Supreme Court has asked whether the same attitude remains with the rest of the accused? The court said that the allegations are very serious. The Supreme Court asked the Uttar Pradesh government that when there is a serious allegation of death or gunshot wound, will the accused be treated the same way in this country?

 

After this strictness of the court, the UP Police took immediate action and passed another notice at the house of the Union Minister of State for Home. Ashish Mishra has been given time till 11 am tomorrow to appear before the crime branch. On the other hand, CM Yogi Adityanath, while answering a question asked in the Lakhimpur case, has said that no one will be allowed to take the law into their hands. He said that no action will be taken under anyone's pressure.

 

Earlier yesterday, the UP Police had called Ashish Mishra to appear before the crime branch at 10 is today by pasting a notice at his house. If Ashish did not appear before the crime branch today, it was speculated that he had fled to Nepal. However, his elder brother Amit said that he has not run anywhere. Viral fever. Will come sooner or later. Amit said that he has not been able to contact Ashish for two days. He said that there is not even single evidence against Ashish or any other family member in the Lakhimpur violence case.
