
The Bharat Jodo Yatra of Congress, which is being led by MP Rahul Gandhi, progressed in the Nanded district of Maharashtra on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Congress leader Ashok Chavan has said that NCP chief Sharad Pawar and Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray will join the yatra on Friday, November 11.
There is a program of 14 days tour in Maharashtra of this Congress's journey from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. The Bharat Jodo Yatra will cover a total of 381 kms in Maharashtra. It will pass through 15 assemblies and 6 parliamentary constituencies.

Regarding the participation of Sharad Pawar and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray in this yatra, senior Maharashtra Congress leader Ashok Chavan said on Wednesday that Pawar and Aaditya Thackeray will join on November 11. At the same time, NCP leaders Jayant Patil, Supriya Sule, and Jitendra Ahwad will join the Bharat Jodo Yatra tomorrow i.e. on Thursday.
Earlier, suspense had arisen about Pawar's participation in the yatra. Regarding this, Chavan had said that Pawar was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai sometime back due to ill health. They can join the yatra, but it will depend on their health condition.
The yatra, which began on September 7, has covered South India. So far it has toured Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
