Joe Biden has reached Britain on his foreign tour for the first time since becoming the President of America, where he has targeted Russia.

He warned Russian President Vladimir Putin that Russia would face "strong and meaningful" consequences if it indulged in "harmful activities".

After the Trump administration's strained relations with America's friendly countries, Biden has also made it clear that he intends to have strong ties with the countries.

Biden arrived in Britain on Wednesday for the G7 summit. During the conference, he will meet with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to discuss the new "Atlantic Charter".

In a way, it will be a modern version of the 1941 agreement between Winston Churchill and Franklin Roosevelt, which will also focus on challenges like climate change and security.

BBC Political Affairs Editor Laura Kuenssberg says that after strained relations during the tenure of former President Donald Trump and then the situation created by the Corona epidemic, now the two countries want to refresh their relationship anew.

On his eight-day European tour, Biden will meet the British Queen at Windsor Castle, attend a meeting of leaders of the G7 countries and attend a NATO summit as US President.

On the last leg of his tour, Biden will also meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva.

The White House made it clear that during his meeting with the Russian president, Biden will discuss "more important issues" including an arms embargo, climate change, Russian military intervention in Ukraine, Russian cyber-hacking activities, and the jailing of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. " will talk.

A Moscow court on Wednesday declared three organizations linked to Alexei Navelny "extremist" as illegal.

On Wednesday, RAF of the British Air Force arrived at Mildenhall Military Airport in Badin Suffac, where he said he would send a clear message to Putin, addressing American soldiers and their families. Biden arrived in Suffolk before leaving for Cornwall, located in the southwest of Britain.

Biden said, "We do not want tension with Russia. We want stable and better relations between the two countries. But I am clear about one thing that if the Russian government is involved in any kind of harmful activities, then America Will respond to it in a strong and meaningful way."

In the past years, tensions between the US and Russia have increased over many issues and the relationship between the two countries has reached its lowest level. In April, Putin accused Western powers of "attempting to target" Russia and warned not to cross the "Lakshman Rekha".

The US president said that as president "at every stage" of his first foreign tour, he wanted to make it clear that "the US is back on the field and ready to tackle the toughest challenges and the greatest concerns of the future." For the republican countries of the world stand together."

Leaders of other countries will reach Cornwall on Friday to participate in the G7 summit. The leaders' meeting is to be held on Saturday and Sunday.

The G7 group of countries includes Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, the US, and the European Union. It is believed that these are the seven largest and modern economies in the world.

The most important issue of discussion at the summit will be to bring the economies back on track after the Corona epidemic. Along with this, there will also be a discussion on "a strong global health system to avoid future epidemics".

According to the news coming in the American media, America is planning to give 500 million doses of Pfizer's corona vaccine to about 100 countries in the coming two years.

It is believed that Biden can also warn about the major impact of the ongoing trade dispute between the UK and the European Union on Northern Ireland.

He can also appeal to the leaders to follow the Good Friday Agreement and protect mutual interests.

The Good Friday Agreement (or Belfast Agreement) was signed in 1998 between the political parties of Britain, Ireland, and Northern Ireland when Northern Ireland broke away from Ireland. With the help of this agreement, the tension in Ireland at that time was ended.

At the end of the conference, the UK will issue a document clarifying what important issues have been agreed upon between the leaders.

Biden and his wife Jill Biden will meet with the Queen at Windsor Castle after the G7 summit. Biden will then attend the NATO summit in Brussels on Monday and then attend the European Union meeting on Tuesday.

Relations between NATO and the United States were strained during the Donald Trump era. But NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, who arrived at the White House on Monday, praised Biden and said his "commitment to America's allies is strong."
