BJP's CM candidate in Kerala will be 'Metro Man' Sreedharan, party was held last week

Kerala Assembly Election: E Sreedharan, popularly known as Metro Man, will be the Chief Ministerial candidate in Kerala from the BJP. Soon it will be formally announced by the BJP. E Sreedharan's entry into the BJP is considered a major achievement for the BJP in Kerala. Popularly known as Metro Man, Sreedharan's image is that of an impeccable bureaucrat.

 

 

Modi-Sreedharan is one of the most qualified leaders in the country

 

 

Before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, E Sreedharan had praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that Modi is one of the most qualified leaders in the country and the future of the country can be better in his hands. It is believed that E Sreedharan had made up his mind to join BJP. After joining BJP, he said, "I have not decided to join BJP in one day, I want to work for the state, so I am joining BJP." I will also discontinue the consultancy for the Kerala government's metro project. ”

 

 

E Sreedharan has gained fame in running the first freight corridor, including Delhi Metro, ahead of time. E Sreedharan was awarded the Padma Shri in the year 2001 and the Padma Vibhushan Award in the year 2008. The French government has also awarded E. Sreedharan its highest civilian honor in the year 2005. Not only this, the world-famous magazine of America gave him the title of Asia Hero too.

 

 

Sreedharan's early life

 

 

Sreedharan was born on 12 June 1932 in Palakkad, Kerala. His family belongs to Karukputhur in Palakkad. E Sreedharan received his civil engineering degree from Government Engineering College, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. After this, he joined the Indian Railway Service.

 

 

E Sreedharan has given services to Delhi Metro, Kochi Metro, Lucknow Metro. It is generally believed that the age of retirement from politics is not there and E Sreedharan's entry into politics at the age of 88 proves this.
